Morgan Miller Blair

Morgan Miller Blair, a Law Corporation represented Zap Lasers, LLC, the developer and manufacturer of soft-tissue diode lasers for dental applications, in its acquisition by Discus Dental, LLC, a distributor of various dental products and equipment to dental professionals.  Morgan Miller Blair also represented Zap during the fourth quarter of 2009 in connection with an exclusive distributor arrangement between Zap and Discus which was a prelude to the acquisition.
