Morgan Miller Blair, a Law Corporation represented Greenbox Technology Inc., an innovative provider of web-based energy management software for utilities and residential energy customers, in its acquisition by Silver Spring Networks, Inc., a leading provider of Smart Grid solutions.  The acquisition allows Silver Spring Networks to offer a smart and intuitive energy-management portal, which can be deployed much faster and more broadly than ever.  Financial terms were not disclosed.
